Victoria's bad wardrobe day She may come across as a faultless style guru but even Victoria Beckham has her bad wardrobe days, the star has revealed.

The fashion icon said that she still feels embarrassed when she thinks about one particular style faux pas made by herself and footballer husband David.



The couple turned up to a Versace party in 1999 wearing his and hers Gucci black leather motorcycle outfits, something which still makes the fashion queen wince.

Victoria confessed to Women's Wear Daily: "It was the worst outfit I ever wore. Goodness me, that picture haunts me.

"I don't know where to start - with the hair or the actual outfit. It was probably everything. It was pretty horrible full stop."

And while the rest of us can usually consign our fashion mistakes to obscurity fairly easily, poor Victoria is faced with the prospect of the whole world witnessing hers.

Still, it seems that now the former Spice Girl is back on track, having released her own style tip bible, That Extra Half Inch, just before Christmas. She also has her own fashion brand, DVB, which is predicted to produce sales worth £80 million in 2007.
